The satisfaction of our customers is important to us. Therefore, we are constantly working on our own improvement and the efficiency of the operational processes. With the quality management certified according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015, we have been permanently putting our company to the test since 2010. Our goal is to create confidence in the quality of our services and to meet the wishes and needs of our customers.
Progress is being made in the area of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). In order to be able to offer our contract research customers services to achieve "GLP Compliance", we are currently striving for approval of test category 2 for toxicological studies. In doing so, we are committed to complying with the legal requirements of the Chemicals Act. Our archive is already approved for test category 9.
