Mfd Diagnostics GmbH is dedicated to the humane care and use of research animals. Our dedicated veterinary staff manage policies and procedures to ensure that all animal use is performed in accordance with the highest standards. All the elements required for GLP (good laboratory practice) are integrated and applied in the laboratory. The GLP certificate was issued after the laboratory was considered to comply with the guidelines of GLP.

The quality management system is in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. TÜV Nord has certified that mfd Diagnostics GmbH is fulfilling all requirements of the international quality management norm DIN EN ISO 9001-2008 and has issued the ISO certificate. The internationally relevant AAALAC certification (Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International) will follow suit.
